Käfern auf der Spur, die ihre Unterleibe erstrahlen lassen, wird das Publikum auf eine Nachtwanderung durch das Museum für Kommunikation geschickt. 

Über Kopfhörer erkling ein Hörspiel, das informative, desinformative, musikalische oder humorvolle Bezüge zum Thema Nacht herstellt und dabei stets den Weg durch Dunkel weist. Stumme Ausstellungsobjekte hallen als Songs wider. Fragen werden nicht dem Guide, sondern dem Publikum gestellt: Wann strahlen Sie? Wenn Ihnen etwas gut gefällt? Wenn Ihnen jemand gut gefällt? Was ist ein Leuchtkörper? Produziert Ihr Kopf mehr Wärme oder mehr Licht beim Erröten? Hat Ihr Kopf dabei eine bessere Energiebilanz als eine Glühbirne?

Unterwegs trifft das Publikum auf Glühwürmchen, die sich in den Ausstellungsraum verirrt haben. Am Tage unscheinbar, entfalten die Käfer während ihres nächtlichen Flirts eine Strahlkraft von biologischer, sexueller, kommunikativer und poetischer Kreativität.
