Wie werden Identitäten auf der Bühne sichtbar – und wie spielt man mit ihnen? Inspiriert von den Drag-King-Workshops der Künstlerin Diane Torr erforscht Diane for a Day neue Wege im Umgang mit Körperlichkeit auf der Bühne. Nicht nur die Darstellung von Geschlechtsidentitäten wird untersucht, erprobt und getestet – auch die Theatralität eigener und anderer Privilegien wird zum Ausgangspunkt für Witze, Wut und (Selbst-)Ermächtigung.

Die erste gemeinsame Produktion von hannsjana und Performerinnen des Theater Thikwa fragt humorvoll, historiografisch und musikalisch nach Körpernormen und Geschlechterrollen in- und außerhalb inklusiver Räume.
